1. Shipping Zones & Rates
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States (excluding P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses).
Our shipping rates are calculated based on the total order value before taxes and after any discounts are applied:
  • Orders of $100.00 and over: FREE Shipping
  • Orders under $100.00: A flat rate of $6.95 will be charged.
There are no hidden handling fees or unexpected charges at checkout.
2. Order Processing & Transit Time
  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) - Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Handling/Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, product tailored packaging, quality checks, and dispatch.
  • Transit/Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday) via reliable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 4 to 10 business days from the date of purchase.
3. Order Tracking
Once your package is shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address automatically. You can monitor the real-time status of your shipment through the carrier's official website.
4. Address Corrections & Cancellations
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you need to change your shipping details or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@keen-glass.com or call (940) 218-2028 within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, we cannot alter the delivery address or cancel the order.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged during transit, or if you suspect it has been lost, please inspect the contents and report the issue to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can issue a replacement or refund promptly.
