1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. Requests made after 30 days will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions & Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
  1. Contact our customer support team via email at info@keen-glass.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days. If approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely and mail it back to us. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.
4. Return Shipping Costs
  • For Defective/Damaged Items or Wrong Shipments: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a broken shower door, incorrect glass size, or defective glassware), Keen Glass Solutions will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email.
  • For Customer Remorse/Change of Mind: If you change your mind, ordered the wrong size/style, or no longer need the item, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Restocking Fees
We believe in transparent pricing. We charge NO restocking fees ($0.00) on any eligible returns.
6. Refunds Process & Timeline
Once we receive your returned item at our facility, our team will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received it. We will immediately inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.
  • If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
  • Timeline: It typically takes 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.
7. Damaged or Broken Glass Items upon Delivery
Due to the fragile nature of glass products, please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives broken or damaged during transit, please email info@keen-glass.com within 48 hours with clear photos of the damaged item and the outer packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
